This work is deeply personal to us

My father served with the King’s Own Scottish Borderers, was awarded the Queen’s Commendation, and I was born in a military hospital. I grew up in a military family surrounded by the values of service, loyalty, discipline, humour and quiet resilience.

Kim and I are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, and I am an honorary member of Folkestone Veterans Breakfast Club and a supporter of Veterans United Against Suicide.

We understand that the impact of service doesn't always end when the uniform comes off. For some veterans, experiences from service can continue to carry an emotional weight long afterwards, often privately and without wanting to burden others.

Through The Manse Method®, our aim is to give something back by helping veterans work with that emotional response, without requiring them to talk through or relive what happened.

For us, supporting the Armed Forces community isn't a marketing statement. It's personal.
