You don’t have to attend a retreat to begin changing how things feel.
You can work with us directly, either in person at The Manse or online, from wherever you are.
For some people, this is all they need. For others, it’s where they begin.



A Direct, Personal Approach
These are private, one-to-one sessions designed to help you change how specific memories or experiences feel. We use The Manse Method® in a structured and guided way, without needing to talk through everything that’s happened.
In Person or Online
You can choose to work with us:
– In person at The Manse in Northamptonshire
– Online, from the comfort of your own space
The setting may be different, but the approach remains the same.
What You Might Work On
People come to us for a range of reasons, including:

– PTSD
– Anxiety linked to past experiences
– Memories that still feel overwhelming or unresolved
If something still affects how you feel when you think about it, it can be worked on.
How It Works
Each session is focused, structured, and guided. We work with you to identify what you want to change, then support you through a process designed to reduce the emotional charge linked to those experiences. There’s no need to revisit or explain everything in detail, we focus on changing how it feels.

Investment
Private sessions are 60 minutes and cost £250.
This allows time to work in a focused and structured way, without feeling rushed. You don’t need to commit to anything upfront, you can simply start with one session and see how it feels. We’ll talk through what’s right for you during a short call.
