Hi, I’m Kim, part wellness coach, part self-care cheerleader, and 100% here to help you feel like you again.

For over 20 years, I lived the fast-paced, high-pressure life of an HR project manager in the business world. I saw how relentless work environments could grind people down mentally, physically, and emotionally. I understand the struggle of balancing a demanding career with personal responsibilities, feeling exhausted, and wondering how to maintain balance.

In 2014, I reached a critical juncture where I realised a change was necessary.  So, I dusted off a lifelong dream and trained as a yoga instructor with Sun Power Yoga.  That decision was the turning point that transformed my life.  It sparked a deep passion for wellbeing that I’ve been pursuing ever since, and I’ve never looked back.

From there, my journey snowballed into something bigger than I ever imagined. I trained as a Nutritional Therapist, first completing my Nutritional Therapy Diploma at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) before going on to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy through the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). Alongside this, I trained as a life coach and mentor, became a Certified Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) practitioner, and gained additional certifications in massage therapy, Reiki, and meditation.

I am also a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

My passion lies in the powerful connection between the brain, trauma, and nutrition. As a certified practitioner of IEMT and co-creator of The Manse Method®, I have developed a deep interest in how emotional experiences are processed by the brain and how this can influence long-term health.

I work with targeted, science-led nutritional strategies designed to support cognitive and emotional resilience, focusing on areas such as omega-3 fatty acids, gut microbiome health, blood sugar balance, and key micronutrients involved in inflammation and neural function.  I often integrate functional testing with brain-focused nutritional approaches to support sustainable, measurable change.

I haven’t stopped learning either. From studying herbs for menopause to diving into hypnotherapy masterclasses, I’ve made it my mission to keep growing and sharing that knowledge with others.  What I’ve discovered is simple: when you nurture both your body and mind, real transformation and balance become possible.

Today, I pour all that experience and heart into helping others find their own version of resilience and wellbeing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply out of balance, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself.
