Not everyone can step away for three days.
But one day can still change a lot.
This is a private, one-day experience at The Manse, designed to help you understand emotional trauma and begin changing how it feels.
You’ll arrive in the morning, step into a calm, private space, and spend the day working directly with us.
No groups. No pressure to talk through everything. Just focused time, guided by us, in a setting designed to help you move forward.
A Day at The Manse
Your day is structured, but relaxed. We guide everything from start to finish so you can simply arrive and be present.
10:00am — Arrival & Understanding
You’ll arrive at The Manse and begin by settling into the space. We’ll walk you through how emotional experiences are processed, simply and clearly, so you understand what’s happening and why things can feel stuck. There’s no need to revisit the past in detail. This is about understanding, not reliving.
Late Morning — One-to-One Session
You’ll then work directly with Carl in a private one-to-one session. This is focused time to begin changing how specific experiences feel, without needing to talk through everything that happened.
Lunch at The Manse
Lunch is prepared by Kim, a qualified nutritional therapist. Simple, nourishing food, designed to support you through the day. No rush. No formality. Just time to pause.
Early Afternoon — Reset & Space
If the weather allows, we may take a gentle walk through the village. This isn’t just a break, it helps create space for things to settle naturally.
Afternoon — Second One-to-One Session
You’ll return for a second session with Carl, building on the work from the morning. By this point, many people begin to notice a shift in how things feel.
Closing — Guided Hypnosis
We bring the day together with a guided hypnosis session. This helps reinforce the changes made and leaves you in a calm, settled state before you leave.
